House Registration Instructions

Step 1:
Visit http://therealdeal.birminghambuilder.com/registration

Step 2:
To enter a resale house click link that says Realtors Click Here
To enter a new construction house click link that says Builders Click Here

Step 3:
Click Join

Step 4:
Complete Registration Form. Keep in mind that your email address will be your username.

Step 5:
Login with email address and password you assigned yourself during registration process.

Step 6:
Click Add Listing

Step 7:
Complete Listing Information Form. Please include as much information as possible. This information will be presented to the public on the house webpage at www.therealdealbirmingham.com.

Step 8:
Upload as many photos as you’d like. You can upload them from your computer.

Step 9:
Complete Listing

Step 10:
To pay online go back to the Home Page and click Pay for Listings. To pay by check just follow directions on Payment page.
