It’s time to sign up for The Real Deal – Birmingham’s Open House Extravaganza featuring New and Resale Homes !

 

The Birmingham Association of Realtors and the Greater Birmingham Association of Home Builders are dedicated to making this event a huge success, but we can’t do it without YOUR participation. The event is planned for April 16-20th. We have planned a huge media blitz by promoting this Open House Extravaganza through television, radio, interactive media and print ads. In addition the local media outlets are devoted to assisting us with this event by providing press coverage on many different levels. Please keep in mind the advertising will be funded solely by the entry fees so we MUST have everyone’s participation!

 

So how will this help you sell your homes? For your investment of only $100 per resale home and $200 per new construction home entered you will be a part of this huge event. You will benefit from the 10-day media blitz, which could potentially be valued at more than $100,000!! That’s a HUGE Return on Investment! All promotions will direct the public to www.therealdealbirmingham.com, which will be a searchable database featuring participating homes. Throughout the 5-day event all participating homes should be listed at the lowest possible price and we encourage you to offer other incentives as well. We encourage all participants to keep the homes open as much as possible during The Real Deal. Participating Realtors will be able to specify the days and times that each individual home will be open during The Real Deal. This information will be available on the event website.

 

Registration is easy! Simply click Join, fill out the form, sign in and begin entering the house info. You can include as much information and as many pictures as you’d like. The deadline for entries is March 18th!  By entering your home(s) prior to the deadline you will be:

 

  • Featured on a printed piece, which will have a distribution of 50,000 (41,000 will be distributed to a local fast food restaurant and we will direct-mail to 9,000 households).
  • Able to substitute another listing for any participating entry that sells prior to the event at no additional charge.
